La próxima semana serán las conferencias de padres y maestros. Los llevaremos a cabo de manera un poco diferente este año mediante conferencias por teléfono o conferencias virtuales (ZOOM). El maestro de su hijo se comunicará con usted esta semana para programar un horario para que pueda reunirse y revisar la participación y el aprendizaje de su hijo durante el primer mes de clases. Esto le brindará la oportunidad de ayudarlo y apoyarlo con nuestro Programa de Aprendizaje Remoto y otra información valiosa sobre su hijo.
La próxima semana es una semana corta, por lo tanto, nuestros estudiantes seguirán un horario revisado para las clases EN VIVO. Por favor revise su correo electrónico para ver el horario de clases para estudiantes para la semana del 7 al 11 de septiembre de 2020. Si no encuentra este correo electrónico en su buzon de entrada, revise sus buzones de promoción / correo no deseado o comuníquese con el maestro de su hijo.

Friendly Reminder TDS Kinder-5th grade Parents:
Please bring your child’s SCHOOL ID. Tonight is our last evening for the distribution of Illustrative Math Workbooks. This distribution does not include students in Pre-School, Self-Contained classes: ASPIRE, TRIUMPH, & THRIVE, or 6th grade.
Parents can pick up workbooks today, Tuesday August 25 from 6:00-7:30PM by car. We will use the rear Looper Lane off of Columbia Avenue. Please bring child’s school ID! Thank you in advance! #wearesundragons
TDS: The ZOOM platform should be up and going now. This morning’s situation gave us a great opportunity to explore and have an alternate route of accessing LIVE class through Zoom or our Schoology system (we will send parents/students this information later on this week). Successmaker for grades 3rd-6th is also experiencing some clean-up this morning and should be working properly later on today. Thank you TDS parents & students for your patience and understanding with these unforeseen technology glitches.
Good Morning TDS Parents: The Zoom conferencing platform for our live classes is temporarily down across the US this morning. It is not allowing most teachers and students to connect to their live classes this morning. We greatly appreciate our students and parents for attempting this morning. We will keep you informed of any updates and/or an alternate way to connect.
Kinder-5th grade TDS Parents:
Great news our Illustrative Math Workbooks are in for students in grades Kinder-5th grade (not Preschool or 6th)! We would like to invite you to come by and pick them up during our evening distribution drive.
Parents can pick up workbooks on Monday August 24 or Tuesday August 25 from 6:00-7:30PM by car.

TDS Parents FRIENDLY REMINDER for TODAY: If you have not done so already, please check your primary email address for the most recent survey requesting your prompt response for possible on-site supervision. Your response will be of HUGE assistance by Wednesday, August 12th by 6:00PM. Please check all your inbox files/spam for the survey. TDS Parents:
Thank you for your support during our procedural weeks and coming in for the Starter Kit and/or Device (iPads). If you have not done so already please stop before or by Wednesday, August 12, between 8:00-11:00AM and 12:00-2:00PM (distribution ends at 2:00PM) for our last day of device distribution. This year, unfortunately, most devices were issued without a charger/cable. Upon returning the device at the end of the year we will only be collecting the components that were checked out to you. As stated on your device agreement, for this year the insurance for the device was waived.
TDS Parents: School devices (iPads) checked-out during the school closure, should be returned on Wednesday July 22 or Thursday July 23 from 8:00-11:00AM and 12:00-3:00PM. Please use the front lobby to drop off device, charger and cable. We are requesting for one adult, using a face covering and practicing social distance of 6ft+ while on campus to drop off the device.
*** This school year our Kinder-6th grade students will be issued devices for SY2020-2021 by appointment. You will be contacted on August 3rd to schedule the appointment. More information to come. Thank you in advance. Stay safe. #wearesundragons
Padres de TDS: Los dispositivos escolares (iPads) que se obtuvieon durante el cierre de la escuela deben devolverse el miércoles 22 de julio o el jueves 23 de julio de
8:00-11:00AM y 12:00-3:00PM. Utilice el lobby de la oficina para dejar el dispositivo, el cargador y el cable. Estamos solicitando que solo un adulto lo entregue, use cubra-boca y practique una distancia social de más de 6 pies mientras está en la escuela para dejar el dispositivo.

TDS Parents: We will begin collecting school devices (iPads) from all families who checked them out during the closure, beginning on Wednesday July 22. Please wait for additional information on schedules and times for an adult to drop off the device. This collection will allow us to better prepare these devices with new programs and features that will better support your child while learning from home starting this school year. This school year we are excited to have all students (K-6th grade) begin the year using a school-issued device!

TDS Cafeteria will be opening up again starting tomorrow, Thursday May 21st. Breakfast 7:00-10:00AM and Lunch 11:00AM-1:00PM. Children ages 0-18years of age continue to receive a free meals on Monday-Friday.
There will be NO ready-to-go work packets distributed the week of May 11 and May 18. Cancelation was made due to routine campus cleaning and for safety measures. We apologize for any inconvenience.
